Of course, it is also important to have a structured process to find the right candidates, but it is only by doing a thorough analysis of the needed competencies, what shall the candidate accomplish etc., and then evaluate the candidate towards those needs, that we can reach both reliability and validity in the recruitment process.
Transparency in the process!
We perform a totally transparent process with our clients. A client will know exactly what the process look like and what kind of reports we present, as well as the time-schedule for the whole process.
Fixed fee!
Our fee is always fixed. The fixed fee is totally based on our judgement of the complexity of the assignment. We believe that this is a more relevant basis for a fee structure, than the more common percentage of the candidates salary and benefits.
